Customer skills report

In addition to customer names and skills, the Customer Skills report includes the evaluation date and qualification date for each skill, the name of the evaluator, the expiry date, and the evaluator's comments.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Population Reports > Customer Skills.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Customers, Customer Skills, Skill Evaluation/Qualification/Expiry Dates, and/or any other details to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. Select a method that you want to use to group the data in the report from the Group by list.

      2. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
