For each email batch that you send to your customers, the Email Results report indicates how many emails were sent successfully and how many failed. The customer names and email addresses of both successful and unsuccessful emails are listed.
Go to Reports > Population Reports > Email Results.
In the Filters section, specify the Email Batch that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.
In the Options section, select the Output Type for the report.
Click Run Report.
