The Front Desk > Facility Management – NEW > Facility Availability Search feature allows staff users to search for all facilities available to reserve for a consumer.
Note: To use the Facility Availability Search feature, a staff user must have Full Access to the new Administration > System Settings > System User Profiles > a profile or the Add New button > Function and Report Authorities > Function Options > Front Desk: Facility - Facility Availability Search permission.
To search for when a facility is available to reserve:
(Optional) Enter the name of the facility in the search box.
Filter the search results by the required:
Center
Facility type
Number of attendees
Event Date and time:
Select the event dates on the calendar by clicking each required date.
Configure the event Time Range (start time to end time) or Time Length (After time and Any hourly duration)
(Optional) To exclude partially available facilities from the search results, select the Only show fully available checkbox
Click the Search button.
To generate a printable PDF file listing the available facilities, click the Save as PDF link.
To book the available facilities, select the checkboxes next to the required facilities (up to a maximum of 20 facilities) and then click the Book Facilities button.
The Resource Calendar is opened in a new tab with the selected facilities pre-selected for the Event date range and event Time range/length.
