Use the Financial Export page to run the export process for financial records.
Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Financial Export.
If you want to filter the export by an existing list of your customers, select the Custom List that you want to use from the Custom Lists section.
In the General section, specify the G/L Accounts, Transaction Dates/Times, Payment Types, and/or any other details to filter the export, if necessary.
In the Options section:
To export a Summary version of the export:
Select a Summary Export Template.
Select the method that you want to use to summarize the export data from the Summarize by list.
To export a Detailed version of the export:
Select a Detail Export Template.
Select the method that you want to use to sort the export data from the Sort by list.
Select the Output Type for the export.
To include only records that have not been previously exported, select Include unexported data only?
Click Submit.
To save the data to a file, click view / save the summary report data.
Click mark the records as exported.
