Mass editing bookings - Search

> Mass Edit Bookings
workflow allows staff users to search for and filter out up to 700 bookings
which can then be edited together.
On the Mass
Edit Bookings page, to search for the required bookings, in the
Search criteria section:
- Search for bookings with permit numbers greater than or equal
to a specific permit number by entering a Starting
Permit number.
- Search for bookings with permit numbers less than or equal
to a specific permit number by entering an Ending
Permit number.
- Search for bookings with permit numbers within a range by entering
both Starting Permit and
Ending Permit numbers.
- Filter bookings by specific permit statuses by multi-selecting
the required Permit Status.
- Search for bookings with permit numbers which match a whole
or partial permit number by entering a Permit
Number.
- Filter bookings by Quick View,
Resource Type, Center
or Resource by selecting
or multi-selecting the required values in these menus.
- Search for bookings after a start booking date, before an end
booking date or within a booking date range by selecting the Booking Date range.
- Filter the bookings by the Day
of Week (defaults to All
weekdays) by multi-selecting the required weekdays.
- Search for bookings after a start booking time, before an end
booking time or within a booking time range by selecting the Booking Time range.
- Filter the bookings by the Event
type (defaults to All
event types) by multi-selecting the required event types.
Search for bookings which match the above
criteria by clicking the Apply
button.
Note:
up to a maximum of 700 bookings can be returned and mass edited.
To mass edit bookings, select the required
bookings and then click the Continue
button to open the Specify
Modify Conditions page.
