Mass updating programs

The Administration > FlexReg Settings > Programs – Update workflow allows staff users to search for and select multiple FlexReg programs to batch update their status, visibility on the internet (CUI) and/or enrollment dates/times.

 

To search for the required FlexReg programs:

    1. In the Search Criteria section, enter or select the criteria by which to search for FlexReg programs.

    2. Click the Search button.

 

Note: Up to a maximum of 700 FlexReg programs can be returned and mass updated.

 

To mass update the FlexReg programs in the search results:

    1. In the FlexReg Program List section, select the Change? checkboxes next to the FlexReg programs to update.

    2. To update the Starting from prices (by which consumers in the CUI can search for programs) of the selected programs, click the Update Starting From Price button and then edit the Starting from prices as required.

    3. Select the new program status in Program Status Change > New Status from BLANK (for no change), Open, Closed, Tentative, On Hold or Retired.

If the system is configured to require a cancellation reason for Individual/Batch FlexReg Program Cancellations, when the status is set to Closed, staff users must select a Cancellation Reason from the list of reasons.

    1. Select the new visibility on the internet (CUI) in Program Status Change > Hide on Internet from No Change, Hide on Internet or Show on Internet.

    2. In the Enrollment Dates/Times section, configure the new dates/times for in-person registration, online (CUI) display and online (CUI) registration.

    3. To apply all the changes to all the selected FlexReg programs, click the Submit button.
