Use the membership Inquiry page to search for a specific customer membership package and view or modify its details. You can change the membership package's dates, suspension details, or automatic renewal details.
Go to Front Desk.
In the side-bar, click Membership and select Inquiry.
Search for and select the membership package that you want to view.
On the Membership Admin page, choose one or more of the following:
To set the status of this membership package as active and resume a membership in progress, click Reset Status.
To renew this membership package, click Renew Membership. The new membership package is active the day after the old membership package expires.
To change the effective or expiry date of this membership package, enter a new date in the Expiration section and click Submit effective/expire date change.
To suspend this membership package or change any existing suspension details, add or modify the details in the Suspend Membership section and click Submit changes to suspension.
To remove an existing suspension on this membership package, click Un-suspend.
To change this membership package's automatic renewal settings, add or modify the details in the Automatic Renewal section and click Submit renewal changes. If you select Allow in membership sale and membership admin or Allow in membership admin only for the Allow Automatic Cancellation dropdown list, you can view and modify the membership cancellation date. To schedule an automatic cancellation date, in the Automatic Renewal section check the Schedule Automatic Cancellation check box, enter the Cancel after … Time Periods field and Select a cancellation reason. If other is selected, enter the cancellation reason. Note: The cancellation date is calculated automatically as the number of time periods after the Expiration date.
To transfer this customer to a different membership package, click Transfer packages.
To choose a different customer to be the primary customer for this membership package, click Find a different customer.
To change the other customers who are linked to this membership package (if applicable), modify the details in the Passes section.
To print a pass for all customers who are linked to this membership package, click Batch print passes.
Click Done.
