Viewing or modifying a customer membership package

Use the membership Inquiry page to search for a specific customer membership package and view or modify its details. You can change the membership package's dates, suspension details, or automatic renewal details.

 

    1. Go to Front Desk.

    2. In the side-bar, click Membership and select Inquiry.

    3. Search for and select the membership package that you want to view.

    4. On the Membership Admin page, choose one or more of the following:

    5. Click Done.
