In the Facility Management module, to cancel a permit:
On the Front Desk Home > Facility Management - NEW > Reservations page, filter the reservations as required.
In the reservation list, click the checkbox next to the required reservation, or select the required reservation.
In the Action Tool bar, click Cancel Permit.
If the permit does not have any deposits or rental fees to refund, then clicking Cancel Permit directly cancels the permit.
If a permit has any deposits or rental fees to refund, then after clicking Cancel Permit, staff users are directed to the Deposits and Fees page to issue a refund and then cancel the permit.
(Optional) Select a cancellation reason. To manually enter a reason, select Other and enter the reason.
