If the selected Event Type
allows non-exclusive use, then this checkbox is available and
selected by default.
Select/unselect this checkbox to allow/prohibit the facility
to be double-booked during the same time as the reservation.
If this checkbox is selected, then:
- The total attendance in the same time period for the facility
can exceed the facility’s Maximum
Attendance at Any One Time, but the attendance for
a single booking cannot exceed the facility’s Maximum
Attendance at Any One Time.
- Facility bookings can exceed the facility’s Maximum
Capacity.
- The status of this checkbox is applied to all occurrences
in a recurring reservation.

Prep codes are attached to permits and used to determine the
time before and after a booking that should be blocked off for
setup or cleanup. This time is not billed to the customer. |

If a prep code is associated with the selected Event Type, then
the Setup field is automatically filled with the setup time configured
for the prep code. Otherwise it defaults to 0.

of the event time (and charge for the setup time as part of the
event).
If unchecked, then the setup time is reserved before the event
time and adds to the total duration of the reservation (but is

the Cleanup field is automatically filled with the cleanup time
