Adding or modifying a custom payment type

Use custom payment types when you want to accept a method of payment that is not included among the standard payment types that come with ACTIVE Net. You can assign a specific GL account to each of your custom payment types so that you can easily track the payment amounts coming for different payment types by GL account.

 

    1. Go to Administration > Financial Settings > Payment Types.

    2. Choose one of the following:

    3. Select a GL Account for the payment type.

    4. Click Save.
