Use the Permit Charges Summary page to view all of a permit's transactions along with its payment plan.
Go to Front Desk. In the side-bar, click Reserve and select Permits.
Search for and select the permit that you want to view.
On the Permit Functions page, click Permit Charges Summary.
Choose one of the following, if applicable:
To print a copy of the permit charges summary page, click the Print button.
To send a copy of the permit via email to the customer:
Click Send Email.
In the Email Receipt Confirmation window, enter the email addresses of the people who want to receive a copy of the permit in the Recipients section.
Click Send Email.
