Prospect Form Configuration

Your organization can configure a prospective customer questionnaire form and then copy the URL for the form onto your organization's website or share it directly with prospective customers.

 

To configure the prospective customer questionnaire form:

 

    1. Open the Administration > Web Admin > Prospect Form Configuration page.

      1. In the Form Settings section:
      2. Select the Banner Logo to display at the top of the form.
      3. Enter the Introduction text.
      4. Enter the Submission Message text to display above the Submit button on the form.
      5. Enter the Footer text.
        • Translations of the above Introduction, Submission Message and Footer texts can be configured in Administration > System Settings > Maintain Translation > a language > Module = Prospect Form page, Sub-Menu = General Configuration.
      6. Enter the Redirect URL to open after prospective consumers successfully submit the prospective customer questionnaire form.
        • To test the Redirect URL by opening it in another window, click Test Link.
      7. To enable creation of prospective customer records from submitted customer prospect forms, select the Enable creation of prospective customer records? checkbox.
    1. In the Prospect Questions section, click Add New to select a custom question to display on the form.

    2. To save all changes, click the Save button.

    3. To copy the prospective customer questionnaire form URL to the clipboard for integrate with your organization’s website or to share with prospective customers, click the Copy URL button.

 

Information for prospective customers who completed the prospective customer questionnaire form can be retrieved using the GetCustomers API with the request > prospect flag set to True. Prospective customers' answers to the prospective customer questionnaire form can then be retrieved using the GetProspectQuestionAnswers API.
