The Refunds report displays a list of refund transactions. It shows the receipt number, date/time, payer of the original transaction, payment type of the refund, refund details/notes, and amount paid for each refund listed.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Reports > Daily Close Reports > Refunds.
Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Refunds.
In the Filters section, specify the Receipt Date/Time, System User, Workstations, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.
In the Options section:
Select the Output Type for the report.
Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.
Click Run Report.
