Roll over results report

This report displays the results of the daycare roll over process for a given date range. This includes customers who are successfully rolled over ('Registered'), customers whose roll-over failed ('Not registered'), and the reason for the failure.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Daycare Reports > Roll Over Results.

    2. In the Filters section, specify the Daycare Program Type, Daycare Program, Supervisor, Roll Over Date, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. To run a summarized version of the report, select Summary Report.

      2. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
