Scholarship report

The Scholarship report displays a list of scholarships granted to customers and shows information about the usage of each scholarship on the list.

 

For each scholarship, the report displays the customers who have been granted the scholarship, the start and expiration dates of the grant, the amount of the scholarship grant, the amount redeemed, and the current scholarship balance.

 

The Scholarship report lists transaction details, transaction amounts, and transaction dates for each customer transaction involving a scholarship.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Financial Reports > Scholarship.

    2. In the Scholarship section, specify the Scholarships, Start and Expiration Date Ranges, Transaction Dates/Times, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the scholarships in the report, if necessary.

    3. In the Population section, specify the Customers, Customer Types, and/or any other details that you want to use to filter the customers in the report, if necessary.

    4. In the Options section:

      1. Select the Customer Name Format that you want to use for customer names in the report.

      2. To hide detailed customer and transaction information and show only the totals for each scholarship, select Summary Report.

      3. Select the method you want to group the information in the report from the Group By list:

        • To group by scholarship and then by customer, select Customer.

        • To group by scholarship and then by destination GL account, select GL Account.

      4. Select the Sort by method that you want to use in the report:

        • To list customers in the order they were awarded scholarships--from earliest to most recent--select Award Order.

        • To list customers alphabetically, select Customer Name.

      5. Select the Output Type for the report.

      6. Select any other necessary information that you want to include in the report.

    5. Click Run Report.
