The Membership Overusage option keeps track of whether or not a customer has a punch pass where the number of punches used is greater than the number of punches purchased (this can happen if a staff member overrides an invalid punch scan). Though the Membership Overusage option is enabled automatically for customers who use more punches than they have purchased, you can also set this option manually.
Go to Population Settings > Customers.
Search for the customer that you want to modify.
Click Change Details.
In the Personal Information section, click Membership Overusage?
Click Save.
