Use this page to attach existing activity and merchandise coupons to activities.
What
When
The following fields are available on the Attach Coupon page:

Description
Select a coupon
Listbox
Select the coupons that you want to attach to the activity.
After a coupon (or coupons) are selected, click Preview to display the coupon's details.
After reviewing the coupon details, click the Attach button to attach coupons to the activity.
Coupon Title
Text
Full name of the coupon.
Coupon Code
Code assigned to the coupon.
Description of the coupon.
Coupon Type
Dropdown list
Type of coupon, (for example: registration, marketing, communication, or free merchandise).
Charge
Charge that is attached to the coupon.
GL Account
General ledger account to which the coupon is attached.
Discount Type
The discount type of the coupon, (either fixed discount or percentage discount).
Discount Amount
Numeric
The discount amount attached to the coupon, if a fixed discount coupon.
Discount Percent
The discount percent attached to the coupon, if a percentage discount coupon.
Turn Off Coupon
Checkbox
The status of the coupon (if Yes, the coupon is turned off; if No, the coupon is active).
Limited Quantity
Total number of times that the coupon can be used.
If this field is at its default of '0', the coupon has unlimited usage.
Date From
Date
Date when coupon becomes valid.
Date To
Date when coupon expires.
Used Again In
Period after the coupon validity dates that the coupon becomes valid again.
For example, a coupon may be issued again by the agency for use in another activity or campaign after 6 months.
Enter a number then select either Days, Weeks, or Months from the adjacent dropdown list.
Days of Week
Checkboxes
Days of the week when the coupon will be valid.
Weeks of Month
Weeks of the month when the coupon will be valid.
Months of Year
Months of the year when the coupon will be valid.
