The Batch Suspend Memberships page displays the last 20 batch membership suspensions processed, with the date the suspension was entered in the system, the suspension date range, whether the membership expiry date is extended for the duration of the suspension period, and the suspension reason.
Go to Front Desk > Membership > Batch suspend.
Click Details to view more details about a batch suspension.
Click Add New to add a new batch suspension.
Search for the packages that you want to suspend on the Package Search page.
The Package to Suspend List page includes the following options:

Membership privileges of all customers with effective memberships in the specified membership package will be suspended. |

Click the package Name to go to the Package Functions page to view or change details about the package. |
| Category | Read only | Category of the package. |
| Status | Read only | Status of the package.
An Open status means the package is active and is still being sold; Closed means the package is inactive and no longer being sold. |
| Fee | Read only | Main price amount of the package. |
| Select all | Link | Select the link to select for batch suspension all the membership packages listed. |
| Deselect all | Link | Select the link to deselect from the batch suspension all the membership packages listed. |

| Suspended Until | Date | End date of the suspension. |
| Extend for Suspended Time | Checkbox | Select the checkbox to extend the expiry date of the membership
package for the duration of the suspension.
For example: If the package is set to expire on June 10, but it was suspended for 5 days before it expired, the expiry date will be extended to June 15. Note that the extension period may be less than the suspension period as some memberships may start or end part way during the suspension period. |
