Change email batch 

Use this page to edit an email batch definition and display its email recipient list. You can edit completed or canceled email batch definitions and save them as a new email batch definition, while you can edit and save unsent email batches (status are Ready or In Progress) in the same file.

 

The Change Bulk Email Tasks page includes the following input fields, with the option to Save the email definition (for unsent batches) or Create New (for completed or canceled batches):

Name of Field Type Description
Name From Dropdown list Name or title of the "From" email address, or name of the person who uses the email address defined below.
Address From Dropdown list

The "From" email address that will be used when the emails are sent, as selected from a predefined list.

To Custom List Text
(Read only)

Title of email recipient group.

Subject Text Text

Text to display in the subject line of the email.

Email Body Type Dropdown list

Type of body content of the email, as selected from either Text or HTML.

Body Text Text

Main body text of the email.

 

Click the downward facing arrow to expand the textbox. You can collapse the textbox again by clicking the upward facing arrow.

Select Attachments Hyperlink

Email attachments to be included in the email.

 

Click the link to display the list of uploaded files, where you can select an attachment.

 

To remove a previously selected file, select the file from the list, then click Remove.

Add a Customer Hyperlink Option to add a customer to the custom list.

 

Click the link to display the Customer Search page, where you can select a customer for inclusion to the custom list.

Below the email definition is the list of people on the email list with the option to remove individual recipients.
