Coupon overrides

Use this page to modify coupon details at the activity level.

Any coupon changes that you make here are only valid for the current activity, while the original coupon details are the same. For example, if the original coupon applies a 5% discount, then you can modify the coupon at the activity level to apply a 10% discount for a specific activity. The coupon still applies a 5% discount to other activities.

The following fields are available on the Coupon Overrides page:

Activity Summary
Activity Name	Text	Name of the activity to which the coupon is attached.
Activity Number	Numeric	Number of the activity to which the coupon is attached.
First Meeting	Date	Date when the activity first meets.
What
GL Account	Dropdown list	General ledger account to which the coupon is attached.
Discount Type	Dropdown list	The discount type attached to the coupon, as selected from either Fixed Discount or Percentage Discount.
Discount Amount	Numeric	The discount amount attached to the coupon, applicable only if the Discount Type is Fixed Discount.
Discount Percent	Numeric	The discount percent attached to the coupon, applicable only if the Discount Type is Percentage Discount.
Eligible membership Sale Types
Membership Sale	Checkbox	If this checkbox is selected, the coupon can be applied when the membership is sold.
Membership Renewal	Checkbox	If this checkbox is selected, the coupon can be applied when the membership is renewed.
Membership Transfer	Checkbox	If this checkbox is selected, the coupon can be applied when the membership is transferred.
When
Date From	Date	Date when the coupon becomes valid.
Date To	Date	Date when the coupon expires.
Days of Week	Checkboxes	Days of the week that the coupon will be valid.
Weeks of Month	Checkboxes	Weeks of the month that the coupon will be valid.
Months of Year	Checkboxes	Months of the year that the coupon will be valid.
How Many
Limited Quantity	Numeric	Total number of times that the coupon can be used. If this field is left at its default of 0, the coupon has unlimited usage.
