You can change the appearance of your Trainer site to differentiate it from your Live site so that you can practice ACTIVE Net functions in a separate environment that doesn't impact your actual data.
To change the appearance of the Trainer site:
Go to Administration > Web Admin > Customize Trainer UI.
Click Reset to Default Trainer Yellow Theme at the top of the page.
Note: The other text, background and menu appearance options function the same as for the regular UI. See Customize UI.
Trainer labels appear in the following locations to differentiate the interface from the Live ACTIVE Net site:
Login page - "Sign in to the Trainer site!" appears above the Username field.
Front Desk - On the Receipt Actions page, next to the Pay/Credit Account button, "TRAINER SITE" appears.
(Optional) Background - To display "Trainer" tiled on the program's background, under Trainer Font/Body, select Display Trainer Body Background Image?
(Optional) Banner Logo - To display a trainer banner logo at the top of the screen, under Trainer Top Banner, select Display Banner Logo on Trainer System?
Receipts - "Trainer" appears as a tiled background, and "Trainer Site" appears in the upper left corner for all receipts you generate from the trainer site.
