Edit dashboard layout

1. At the top of the page, click Menu Group Widget. The new widget appears in the left-most column of the page.

2. Click on the title text, enter a new title, and click Update.

3. To add menu links, click Add Menu Function. The Edit Menu Item dialog box appears.

4. From the Menu Function dropdown list, select a menu page that you want to link to (these items correspond to the pages in the menu at left).

Note: If you do not see a page listed, select All to view all pages.

5. (Optional) Label text is automatically created. To create a different label, enter it in the Label field.

6. Click OK.

7. To add more menu links, repeat (3) to (6).

To delete a widget, click the "X" in the top right corner. A pop-up confirmation dialog box appears. Click OK.

You can modify the menu items within a widget:

• To move a menu item to a different widget, click and hold the four-point arrow icon, drag the menu item to a different widget, and release the mouse button.

• To delete a menu item, click the trash can icon.

• To edit a menu item, click page icon, then change the settings.

• To change the number of columns, from the Number of Columns dropdown list, select a number (1-5).

• To re-order widgets within a column, click and hold the widget title bar (not the title text) and drag the widget to a different position in the column, then release the mouse button.

• To move a widget to a different column, click and hold the widget title bar (not the title text) and drag the widget to a different column, then release the mouse button.

To create a favorites widget, which automatically contains the favorite links for the current user (same links as under the Favorites tab at the top of the program), click Favorites Widget. You can move a favorites widget to any column on the dashboard.
