Show Open Blocks of Time

Go to Front Desk > Reserve > Availability - Items.

The Facility Availability Search page includes the following options:

Name of Field	Type	Description
Event Information
Event Type	Dropdown list	The type of the event.
Attendance	Numeric	Expected attendance for the event.
Facility Criteria
Facility Name	Text	Full or partial name of the facility to be reserved.
Facility Types	Listbox	Type of facility to be reserved.
Facilities	Listbox	Facility to be reserved.
Amenities	Listbox	Amenities required in the facility to be reserved.
Centers	Listbox	Center where the facility is located.
Sites	Listbox	Site where the facility is located.
Geographic Areas	Listbox	Geographic area where the facility is located.
Equipment Criteria
Equipment Name	Text	Full or partial name of the equipment to be reserved.
Equipment Categories	Listbox	Category of equipment to be reserved.
Equipment Types	Listbox	Type of equipment to be reserved.
Accessories	Listbox	Type of accessories to be reserved.
Centers	Listbox	Center where the equipment is located.
Sites	Listbox	Site where the equipment is located.
Geographic Areas	Listbox	Geographic area where the equipment is located.
Equipment Package Search Criteria
Equipment Package Name	Text	Full or partial name of the equipment package to be reserved.
Equipment Package Categories	Listbox	Name of the equipment package to be reserved.
Instructor Search Criteria
First Name	Text	First name of the instructor to be reserved.
Last Name	Text	Last name of the instructor to be reserved.
Customer Type	Listbox	Type of instructor to be reserved.
Sites	Listbox	Sites where the instructor is located.
Skills	Listbox	Skill that the instructor possess.
Show Calendar
Months to Show	Numeric	The number of calendar months to display.
Starting Month and Year	Date	The starting date and year of the calendar to display.
Show Calendars	Button	Click this button to see the calendar range selected.
Show Open Blocks of Time
Reservation Type	Dropdown list	Reservation type. The options are: Regular Reservation and Continuous Reservation.
Date Range - From:	Date	First date of the desired facility reservation.
Date Range - To:	Date	Last date of the desired facility reservation.
Days of the Week	Checkboxes	Days selected for the facility reservation.
Time Range	Numeric	Time range selected for the facility reservation.
Length of Open Time Requested	Numeric	Length of time for time for the facility reservation.
Override Minimum Advanced Reservation Settings?	Checkbox	Select this checkbox to override the minimum advanced reservation settings for facilities, equipment and instructors.
Override Maximum Advanced Reservation Settings?	Checkbox	Select this checkbox to override the maximum advanced reservation settings for facilities, equipment and instructors.
Override Resource Closed Time?	Checkbox	Select this checkbox to specify that the facilities, equipment and instructors are available at any time.
Show Open Blocks of Time	Button	Click this button to see the open blocks of time that are available.
