Use the Retire Customers page to batch retire:
General customers who have not transacted since a specified date and/or are of a specified customer type.
Prospective customers who completed the prospective customer questionnaire form but are questionable.
Retired customers will no longer be included in customer search results.
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Customers - Mass Retire.

Go to Front Desk > Population > Mass retire customers.

The customer type to mass retire. ACTIVE Net uses this filter in conjunction with the cutoff date above. For example: If the customer type is 'commercial' and the cutoff date is Jan 6, then any customers with the type 'commercial' AND who haven't used the system since Jan 6 should be retired. |

Click the Submit button to view the number of customers who meet the above criteria, then click the OK button to retire the customers. |
