Volume pricing plans

To allow customers a discounted per-lesson fee when they reserve a large number of private lessons at once, use volume pricing plans.

Note: You can only apply volume pricing plans when you select the Per Booking Fee or Per Hour Per Booking Fee options for a particular activity. See Activity Fee Details.

To add or edit volume pricing plans

1. Click Administration > Registration Settings > Volume pricing plans.

2. Perform one of the following:

• To edit an existing plan, click the Plan Name, OR

• To add a new plan, click Add New.

3. Edit the plan details:

• Volume Plan Name

• Description

4. Enter the plan Prices:

5. • Define a numeric range for the plan by entering the Low and High values (minimum and maximum number of lessons).

   • Enter the Fee Amount for that range.

   • Add additional ranges for a larger amount of lessons.

    

Note: The Low and High values for different ranges must not overlap. For example, you cannot enter 5 as the High for one plan and 5 as the Low for another plan.
