A .csv (comma separated value) file that contains race activity results can be imported into ACTIVE Net from an external system for storage and reporting purposes. Use the Import Activity Results page to perform the import.
Note: This feature is only available if Racing Features are enabled.
To import a .csv file of race activity results, you must specify the included fields along with their sort order within the file. You must also specify the activity or activities for which the race results are being imported. You may save the import form definition for future imports.
Clicking the Recall a saved form definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Form Definitions for Import Results page, where you can select a previously saved form definition to use in the import.

A new import form may be defined for each import file with a different field set. |
Sort Order |

Sort Order |
Check box |
The sort order of the fields in the .csv file to be imported.
You must specify a sort order for all included fields to identify their order in the imported file.
For example, if in the Import Results form, 'Bib Number' has a '3' in its Sort Order field, this means that in the .csv file, the third number in the record represents the bib number. In this record: 4,6,7,8,2,5,3 the number '7' would represent the bib number.
