Registration confirmation

Use this page to view registration confirmation details. Registration confirmations include all important details of the registration. Registration confirmations can be printed, mailed, or emailed to registrants in situations where the registrants did not pay for the registration.

 

Since receipts are made out to the payer, registration confirmations are directed to the actual registrants to confirm and inform them of the transaction.

Location

    1. Go to Front Desk > Receipts > Lookup receipt.

    2. Search for a receipt by Customer, Receipt, Customer ID or by Company (searching by Receipt Number takes you directly to the Receipt page).

    3. Click the Receipt Number for the receipt to view.

    4. Click Print confirmations.

    5. On the Registration Confirmations page, click View printable confirmation.

OR

    1. Go to Front Desk > Population > Customers.

    2. Search for and select a customer.

    3. Click List transactions.

    4. Click the Receipt number of the activity to view.

    5. Click Print confirmations.

    6. On the Registration confirmations page, click View printable confirmation.

Click this link to view the registration confirmation that you can email and print.

 

On the printable registration confirmation page, click Print to print the confirmation.

 

If the customer has an email address, then you can also click Send Email to email the confirmation to the customer.

If the customer does not have an email address, then you can print the registration confirmation receipt at the front desk or have it mailed to their home address.
