Select team/group

Use this page to select a team or group during registration if an activity involves teams or groups.

 

The following options are included in the Team/Group section on the Activity Enrollment page:

Dropdown list of teams that the registrant can join.

 

This option is only available if you have configured the activity for team enrollment.

 

If you have assigned team fees to the activity, the registrant must select a team.

Select Group

Dropdown list

Dropdown list of groups that the registrant can join. 

Enter Team Code

Numeric

Team code of the team that the registrant is joining.

Member Number

Text

Member number that is assigned to the registrant when they join the selected team.

Optional.

Click Search to search for existing teams or groups.

 

Click Add Team or Add Group to add a new team or group in which the registrant will automatically be a team/group contact.

 

Note: The Add buttons only appear if you have selected the Allow Team Creation or Allow Group Creation checkbox on the Activities page.

Password/Type Password Again

Maximum Number of Members

Numeric

The maximum number of members the team/group can have.

 

This is used to determine which fee is charged if the team/group registration minimum and maximum criteria are used.

Activity Team/Group Category

Dropdown list

Category within which the team/group plays.

 

A team/group category determines team/group payment scenarios.

Activity Division

Dropdown list

Division within which the team/group plays.

 

A division is used to organize teams/group according to age and gender.

Team/Group Contact Type of (Name)

Dropdown list

The contact type assigned to the registrant (who is automatically a team/group contact).

 

For example: Coach, Manager, Trainer, etc.

Administer Online

Checkbox

Option to allow authorized team/group contacts to change team/group information on the customer site.

Prepaying Options (Do not enroll contact into new team?)

Checkbox

Option to create a team to but not enroll the contact.

 

This allows a team captain to pay for a registration at the same time as creating a team with placeholders for individuals registrants.

 

The team captain does not take one of the placeholders.

Email

Email Address of Potential Team/Group Members

Textbox

Option to send an email invitation (with a link to register) to potential team/group members.

 

Enter one address per line. Use the Enter key for a new line.

 

You can enter up to 20 email addresses.

Enter Email Subject

Subject line text that appears in the email sent to potential team/group members.

Message to Include to Potential Team/Group Members

Message that appears in the email sent to potential team/group members.
