The Currently Checked-In List displays all currently checked-in members so that you can keep track of everyone who is still in the facility.
Go to Front Desk > Membership > Currently Checked-In List.
Select a Facility that you want to view currently-checked in members for.
Click Search.
All the entry points belonging to the facility display under the Facility Criteria section, including the total checked-in member number, checked-in customer names, membership packages and check-in time.
If a maximum capacity is set to the Check in & out type entry point, the following additional information displays:
Open spots: Open spots = Maximum entry point capacity – Checked-in customer
Total Capacity: The maximum capacity defined for the entry point.
If check-in time limit is set to the Check in & out type entry point, time remaining displays.
