Home > Administration > Financial settings > Changing the convenience charge description
If you have configured them, convenience charges are automatically added to your customers' transaction amounts on the public site.
Go to Administration > Financial Settings > Charges.
Select the Convenience Fee Charge.
The only component of the convenience fee that you can change is the description. You can do this on the Change Charge Detail page:
