Notes and alerts

Use this page to create future reminders in ACTIVE Net.

 

Note that you need to be selected as the 'User to Alert' for these notes and alerts to display.

Alert Setup Information

 

The following options are included on the Change Note/Alert page:

You can create note/alert types on the Note/Alert Type List page.

This wording appears as a hyperlink in the Customer Alert List.

Notes to attach to the note/alert message.

 

Use the Note box to record any details about a customer that may relate to the note/alert.

 

These appear in the Customer Alert List.

Alert Setup Information

This is an alert?

Checkbox

Select this checkbox to display the alert setup information section.

Start Date

Date

Date when the note/alert becomes valid.

End Date

Date

Date when the note/alert expires.

Select Users to Alert

Available

Listbox

List of all unassigned users that you can assign to receive the note/alert.

 

To assign a user this permission, highlight the user in the Available box, then click the right arrow to move them to the Selected box.

List of all assigned users that can receive the note/alert.

 

To remove an option from this profile, highlight the option in the Selected box, then click the left arrow button to return the option to the Available box.
