Help center

The Help Center contains links to the Quick Reference Guides, ACTIVE Net Release Notes, and Help pages for important topics.

Where is it found?

The Help Center menu option can be found in all system menus (Front Desk, Reports, Communication, Administration). Although the menu options are arranged alphabetically, the Help Center option is always the last option on the menu, on top of the links to the Active Communities and Active.com websites.

How is it used?

From the ACTIVE Net Help Center page, click an icon beside a topic or document title to display the appropriate document, or click the Search Help Topics icon to launch the ACTIVE Net Help system.

 

The following sections are available in the ACTIVE NetHelp Center:

ACTIVE NetHelp Center

Help Clicking the Search Help Topics icon will launch the ACTIVE Net Help System, where you can search for and view Help topics.
Release Notes Has links to the most current Release Notes, the previous Release Notes, and any applicable Content Tours (for example: ACTIVE Net Redesign).
 
Note: Content tours are developed when there are major changes to the system.
Quick Reference Guides Has links to the Quick Reference Guides for the different modules.
