Occupations

This page is used to view and modify customer occupations.

Where is it found?

    1. Select the Administration tab.

    2. Select the following menu links: Population Settings > Occupations.

How are they added or modified?

To add

From the Occupations page, clicking the Add New button will bring you to the Change Occupation Detail page, allowing you to create a new occupation.

 

To modify

From the Occupations page, clicking an underlined occupation Description will bring you to the Change Occupation Detail page, allowing you to make the necessary changes.

 

The Change Occupation Detail page contains the following fields, with the option to Save or Delete the record at the bottom of the page:

Name of Field Type

Description

Description

Text

Description of the occupation.

Code

Numeric

Code that corresponds to an equivalent code in an external application if the agency is integrating data with an external application.
