This page is used to configure warning emails that are used to notify customers that their membership packages will soon expire.
Prior to configuring an expiration warning email, the following data point must be configured:
Select the Administration tab.
Select the following menu links: Membership Settings > Packages.
Search for and select the desired package.
Select the Change Expiration Warning Email link.
From the Package Functions page, clicking the Change Expiration Warning link opens the Configure Expiration Warning page where you can create a new expiration warning email.
From the Package Functions page, clicking the Change Expiration Warning link opens the Configure Expiration Warning page allowing you to make the necessary changes.
The following fields are available on the Configure Expiration Warning Email page with the option to Save at the bottom of the page:

Enter the number of days to notify customers prior to their membership expiration date.
Note: To disable the warning expiration email, enter 0 (default). The Email Details section is then hidden. |

Click the Insert button to include the merge field in the body of the email.
For example, the customer's first name can be merged with the email body as "Dear %%FirstName%%,", where %%FirstName%% will be replaced by the customer's first name in the actual email. |
