Servlet information is general information about the administration of the ACTIVE Net database. This information is generally left at the default values or configured with the assistance of ACTIVE Net technical support.
Select the Administration tab.
Select the following menu links: Web Admin > Servlet Configuration.
On the Servlet Settings page will be the following input fields with the option to save at the bottom of the page:

Email address of administrator who will be contacted if there are any complications with the database. |

Report Timeout | Numeric | Number of minutes to attempt to run a report prior to timing
out.
This does not affect the session timeout for users or customers. Timeout must be at least 5 minutes. |
Time to Reload Cache | Time | Time of day when public cache will be refreshed with new updates
to the database.
Reload files option will manually reload cache. |
