Award code combinations

Use this page to view award code combinations.

 

An award code combination represents the list of award codes required to earn a particular award. A single award code or a combination of award codes may be required to earn a particular award.

 

You can assign award codes to specific activities, and completion of these activities earns the award code for the registrants towards earning a particular award. A customer earns the award when they have earned all the award codes in an award code combination.

 

For example, the 1.5 Medal is awarded to any registrant who completes a full marathon and a half-marathon, or 3 half-marathons. All full marathon activities are assigned the “Full” award code while half-marathon activities are assigned the “Half” award code. The 1.5 Medal is assigned the award code combination of “1 Full + 1 Half”, or “3 Half.” Any registrant who completes any 3 half-marathons, or 1 full and 1 half-marathon, within a season will be awarded the 1.5 Medal.

Location

    1. Go to Administration > Registration Settings > Award code combinations.

    2. Choose one of the following:

      1. To add an award code combination, click the Add New button to create a new record.

      2. To modify an award code combination, click an award code combination Name to make the necessary changes.

Click the link to launch the Award Code List page, where you can select one or more award codes to define the award code combination.

 

Note: If an award code has to be earned more than once in the award code combination, select the award code multiple times from the award code list. For example, since 3 half marathons are required to earn the 1.5 medal, select the "Half" award code 3 times for the award code combination.
