You can specify different demographics and then assign them to customers. Once your customers have been assigned demographics, you can then select those demographics as a filter to narrow down the customers included in population or registration reports.
Choose one of the following:
Go to Administration > Population Settings > Demographics.
Go to Communication > List Builder > Demographics.
Choose one of the following:
To create a new demographic, click Add New.
To modify an existing demographic, click the Description for the demographic that you want to modify.
Enter the demographic Description.
Click Save.
Assigning demographic information to a customer
