Facility overlaps

Use facility overlaps to create facilities that overlap so that you can reserve each independently or together.

For example: If a room can be split into two with a divider then there are actually three bookable spaces within the room: the whole room, one half of the room, the other half of the room.

You can set up overlapping facilities as parent and child facilities. In the example above, each half of the room corresponds to a child facility and the whole room corresponds to the parent facility.

Prerequisite Components

Prior to setting up facility overlaps, configure your facilities.
