Membership prerequisites are membership packages that must be held or owned (currently or previously) by a customer before being allowed to buy or own another membership package.
Select the Administration tab.
Select the following menu links: Membership Settings > Packages.
Search for and select the desired package.
Select the Prerequisites link.

GroupingA prerequisite group encompasses all packages that satisfy the prerequisite.
Only one of the prerequisites listed in the same group is needed to fulfill the requirement. However, all prerequisite groups must be met prior to membership in a package.
For example, to qualify for an Elite Status Club Membership, a customer needs to have a membership in any of the Adult packages AND a membership in any of the Sports packages.
When creating these prerequisites, we can group the Adult packages in one group (for example: Group Number 1) and the Sports packages in another group (for example: Group Number 2). The prerequisites are met if a customer holds a membership in any Group 1 package AND any Group 2 package.
Note: You can group "immediate sale" prerequisites with ordinary prerequisites. |
