Deposits report

Use the Deposits report to display information about damage/security deposits collected for facility and equipment rentals.

 

    1. Go to Reports > Reservation Reports > Deposits Report.

    2. In the Filters section, select the Permit Creation Dates, Reservation Dates, Reservation Sites, and/or any other information that you want to use to filter the report.

    3. In the Options section:

      1. To display only permits where the customer has not paid the deposit, select Only Show Unpaid Permits.

      2. To display the amount returned to the customer for each deposit after subtracting for any damage to the facility or equipment, select Show Amount of Deposit Return.

      3. Select the Output Type for the report.

    4. Click Run Report.
