Lockers report

This report shows selected lockers and their details, such as locker room, name, size, locker combination, and current customer.

 

You can optionally display locker reservation details such as reservation dates and times, and the reserving customers.

Location

Reports > Reservation Reports > Lockers

 

Clicking the Recall / Schedule a saved report definition button at the top of the page takes you to the Report Definitions page, where you can select a previously saved report definition.

Filters

Select any or all of the following filters for this report:

Setup Locker Room Filter

    1. Click the Locker Room link to pop-up the Locker Room List page.

    2. From the Locker Room List page, select the locker rooms.

    3. Click Add All Selected. To remove the locker rooms, you can select the locker room in the list box then click Remove at the right side.

Setup Locker Bank Filter

    1. Click the Locker Bank link to pop-up the Locker Bank page.

    2. From the Locker Bank List page, select the locker banks.

    3. Click Add All Selected. To remove the locker banks, you can select the locker bank in the list box then click Remove at the right side.

Setup Locker Filter

    1. Click the Locker link to pop-up the Locker Search page and then enter some search criteria to search the lockers. The locker search results will be displayed on the Locker List page.

    2. From the Locker List page, select the lockers.

    3. Click Add All Selected. To remove the lockers, you can select the locker in the list box then click Remove at the right side.

Setup Locker Size Filter

    1. Click the Locker Size link to pop-up the Locker Size page.

    2. From the Locker Size List page, select the locker sizes.

    3. Click Add All Selected. To remove the locker sizes, you can select the locker size in the list box then click Remove at the right side.

Setup Customer Filter

    1. Click the Customer link to pop-up the Customer Search page and then enter some search criteria to search the customers. The customer search results will be displayed on the Select Customer List page.

    2. From the Select Customer List page, select the customers.

    3. Click Add All Selected. To remove the customers, you can select the customer in the list box then click Remove at the right side.

Setup Rental Date Range Filter

    1. Click the calendar icon  beside the From box and select a Beginning Date for the rental from the pop-up calendar.

    2. Click the calendar icon  beside the To box and select an Ending Date for the rental from the pop-up calendar.

    3. The day of the week field beside the calendar icon will automatically be filled up.

Setup Time Range Filter

    1. Enter in the From box and select a Beginning Time for the booking time period allowed for the locker.

    2. Enter in the To box and select an Ending Date for the booking time period allowed for the locker.

Setup Combination Filter

Enter in the Combination box the combination number assigned to the locker.

Setup Expiration Date Filter

    1. Click the calendar icon  beside the From box and select a Beginning Date for the locker expiration date range from the pop-up calendar.

    2. Click the calendar icon  beside the To box and select an Ending Date for the locker expiration date range from the pop-up calendar.

    3. The day of the week field beside the calendar icon will automatically be filled up.

Options

Include Details?

Select the Include Details? checkbox to display locker reservation dates, times, and customers on the report.

Output Type

Choose the option from the Output Type drop-down list to select the output type or format of the report, as selected from a predefined list. The available output types are Adobe Acrobat Reader, HTML, and Microsoft Excel.

Save Report Definition

    1. Enter in the Report Title box the desired report title.

    2. Click Save to save the report definition using the current report title entered. If the report title has been changed, the original report title will be replaced by the new one.

    3. Click Save As to save another version of the report definition using a different report title.

    4. Click Recall/Schedule on top of the page to access a previously saved report definition from the Report Definitions page.
