Changing your login email address or mobile phone number

To change the email address to which verification codes for logging into ACTIVE Net are sent:

1. Click the Email authentication > Set up your email address link or (edit) icon.

2. Enter your Email address and then click the Send code button.

3. Retrieve the verification code sent to your email account and enter it in the Verification code field.

4. Click the Set up button.

To change the mobile phone number to which verification codes for logging into ACTIVE Net are sent:

1. Click the Phone authentication > Set up your phone number link or (edit) icon.

2. Enter your Mobile phone number (select the country code) and then click the Send code button.

3. Retrieve the verification code sent by SMS to your mobile phone and enter it in the Verification code field.

4. Click the Set up button.
