Adding or modifying a waiting list group

A waiting list group refers to a collection of activities that staff users can group together for coordinated waitlist handling. When activities are part of the same waiting list group, enrolling a customer from the waiting list can automatically remove them from the waiting lists in other activities within the same group. This helps prevent duplicate enrollments and streamlines the management of waitlisted customers across related activities.

    1. Go to On the Administration Home > Registration Settings > Waiting List Management Groups page.

    2. To create a waiting list group, click Add New. On the Add New Waiting List Management Group page, enter a name in the Waiting List Management Group Name field.

    1. Click Save.
