Adding term to a membership

Add time to a membership so that the renewal date is be extended. You can use it to give members a free term as an incentive or to settle a customer service issue.

Search for people.
In the search result, click the member to open the profile page.
Click Add term.
From the Add Time list, select the required time or enter a custom date.
Select the Auto-Renewal checkbox if you want to enable auto-renewal.
Save your changes.
