Approving or declining a refund

As a Director or Support Manager user, you can approve or decline a refund request submitted by other users. If you approve a refund, the refund money is issued back to the user's credit card or eCheck account.

  1. Click the People tab.
  2. Click Refund approval.
  3. Select the required refund records.
  4. Click Approve selected or Decline selected to approve or decline selected refunds.
