Downloading a report

You can download CSV format reports containing membership and financial information.
Note: Director and admin users of parent organizations can run any report for any of their child organizations.
  1. Click Reports.
  2. In the Request report section, from the Select Report... list, select the required report type:
    • Membership: returns a list of all members and their information.
    • Orders: returns a list of all orders including the order amount, currency, order date, order status, etc.
    • Daily sales: returns daily sales for the selected day range including refunds.
    • Refund detail: returns detailed information for refunds such as order ID, amount, cancel type and reason, member's information, and program information, etc. This report shows only approved refunds. The refund approval date is the cancellation date.
    • Membership count: returns numbers of members at the start and end dates of your time selection, and the net percentage change.
    • Member detail: returns a list of all members for a specific program and package. This report includes form question answers for each member.
    • Revenue: returns a list of payments issued to your organization.
    • Revenue detail: returns a detailed list of payments issued to your organization.
    • Custom questions: returns a list of members' answers to custom questions for one package under one program.
    • Failed payment: returns a list of members with failed order payments.
  3. Select filters.
  4. Click Request report to generate the report.
  5. The requested report will appear at the top of the Generated reports section:
    • If the report status is In progress, then the report is not yet ready. Click Refresh to update the report status.
    • If the report status is Download, then click Download to download the report.
      Note: Reports in the Generated reports section are automatically discarded after 13 months.
