Requesting a parent organization

To create an organization hierarchy structure, child organizations need to request an organization as their parent.

  1. Click Settings > Organization management.
  2. Click Click to add organization.
  3. Enter an organization name to search for the organization that you want to add, and then click Search.
  4. From the search results, select the required parent organization.
  5. Click Add.
    The parent organization must accept the request before the hierarchy structure is finalized.
