Adding a new payment

Add a payment for an order if there is a declined credit card charge or an unpaid payment. The following payment methods are supported:
  • Credit card
  • Check
  • Cash
  1. Click People.
    The People page appears with all the people associated with your organization.
  2. Find a person that you want to edit by:
    • Searching for a person by entering the first or last name in the search box, and then clicking the search icon.
    • Sorting the people list by clicking Sort by > on a column name.
  3. Click the swimmer's name to open the profile page.
  4. Select the registration that you want to make a payment for.
  5. In the Order record page, select the order that you want to make a payment on.
  6. Click New payment.
  7. Enter the participant's payment and billing information.
