Adding a new payment
Add a payment for an order if there is a declined credit card charge or an unpaid payment. The following payment methods are supported:
Credit card
Check
Cash
Click
People
.
The
People
page appears with all the people associated with your organization.
Find a person that you want to edit by:
Searching for a person by entering the first or last name in the search box, and then clicking the search icon.
Sorting the people list by clicking
Sort by
> on a column name.
Click the swimmer's name to open the profile page.
Select the registration that you want to make a payment for.
In the
Order record
page, select the order that you want to make a payment on.
Click
New payment
.
Enter the participant's payment and billing information.
