Editing registration responses

You can update answers made during online registration.

A registrant must answer required questions during online registration, but you are not required to answer them when editing a registration.

Note: You can't edit the registration for a swim meet in ActiveWorks. To edit a swim meet registration, use Team Manager.

In the current release, updating personal data, such as first or last name, doesn't update a person's profile.

Click People.
The People page appears with all the people associated with your organization.
Find a person that you want to edit by the following:
- Search for a person by entering the first or last name in the search box, and then click the search icon.
- Sort the people list by clicking Sort by > a column name.
Click the swimmer's name to open the profile page.
In the Registration list, select the registration that you want to edit and then click View registration.
Click Edit responses.
Make changes to form question responses as necessary.
Save your changes.
