Adding a new session

You can create a new session into which to assign swimmers and take their attendance.

  1. Under the Attendance tab, click Session Schedule > Session List
  2. Click the Add new session button.
  3. In the Session name text box, enter the name of the session.
  4. In the Location text box, enter the location of the session.
  5. In the Date boxes, either enter or select from the calendars the start and end dates for the session.
  6. In the Occurs on boxes, enter the start and end times for the session.
  7. Select the days of the week on which the session occurs.
  8. In the Add Coach section, enter the names of up to 5 coaches who will be coaching the session.
  9. Click the Set Primary link next to the primary coach for the session.
  10. Click the Save & Close button to save the session, or click the Add participants to proceed with adding participants to the session.
